Feel free to click the “Message” button, give us your name, email address, and a brief description of your question or issue. We will respond to all messages by email.
We will soon publish “office hours,” when we will be available to chat with you in real time, one-on-one. During “office hours” we will be at the computer and ready to chat with you immediately. The button at the bottom of the website will now begin with the word “Chat,” like this:
Messaging or chatting with us never costs you a penny. If you decide to have us provide remote support, to schedule an appointment, or have us help you with a computer problem, we will provide you with an estimate for our services.
